OK - these are sometimes just a bit rough but they are very good also!!!
They are tried and true!
See ALL the UT99 Mapping Tips and Tutorials Hook posted in the UT99 Mapping forum.
These are posted as stickies so they are always on top.
Also - they are "Locked" so that no one will reply to them - they are meant to be read.
If you have questions or comments about them - post it in the mapping forum as a New Topic! :P

Skyboxes are actually pretty easy - you just have to wrap you brain around them somewhat first to see through the forest!
They just seem a bit difficult until you finally see what they actually are.
The skybox is like the television station and your map, where textures are set to "fake backdrop" are the televisions!

I still want to Edit some of these so they are a bit more presentable.
A few are just a bunch of text (good text) but not set up in a good way yet. :?
Maybe add some pictures also in some places where needed.

Here is something i found really cool you can get UED
to Auto save XD

By going into advanced options in the ed there should be a Austo save Fales switch it to true and set it to 2 min intervals so every 2 min it will auto save :)

if this is unclear ill write up how to do it exactly

One thing you should always do before Saving a map is to Rebuild it! (Do a Build) :P
Saving without the Build can cause problems.
Just ask Shadow342 and other mappers!
