While playing Ballistic Weapons UT2004, I got to wondering about favourite mods people always have in their directories. In this case UT99 is in the spotlight, so what is your favourite UT99 mod? Why do you like it? Tell us a bit about it (or linkage works well Very Happy

)

Personally I like Tactical Ops (back when it actually was still a mod and not a commercial game) purely because I am a sucker for real life weapons in UT and also the fact that they can be used in standard UT game modes (CTF-HallOfGiants is fantastic when you play with the M4M203! The grenades fly really well Very Happy

). I didn't like the actual Tactical Ops game mode. I like counter-terrorism (hence I play a lot of Counter-Strike) but I don't think it felt right in the Unreal universe.

Boats'n-Mate 1st Class is my favorite mod. Can you tell me why? Hehehe. This is coming from a DC2.

PS: I was born on a NAVY base - My mom was a NAVY WAVE - My dad was a NAVY test pilot.
He worked with John Glen and several others - he was the first to fire the heat-seeking missile - the Sparrow in 1956.
He was in detachment Hotel aboard the re-commissioned USS Lexington on her maiden voyage in 1956.

Actually it's Petty Officer First Class (equivilent of Sergeant in land armed forces, which was my previous avatar). Just thought I'd make things a bit more nautical Razz

Hey, I've started a new clan on UT99/GOTY in BT (Bunny Tracks) Mod, I've created a forum in which my member can post, however at the moment seen as we are a new clan and it's a new forum we don't have much posting going on, I wanted to post here to hopefully intice BT members and any other players of any other mods to register and post to make the forum grow.
