No......try to make the server name attractive and interesting.
You want people to say, "hey, what is that server? I want to play there".

Make me, make others, interesting in playing.
Don't worry about Regulars they will come.
We need more "NEW" players. We need all players !!!
Currently there are way to many servers out there with
one or two players.....we need to attract those players.
How are we going to do it? I say we....lol
How are you going to attrack those players?
Anyway....I have ideas but Server Name is first.
We...you need to think about the big picture. Even though
UT is 9 years old....you need to attract those that are
still hanging on.
Same with my server......we need to think this out.

Like I said before, and like we all know, UT 99 is dead for the most part.
And if you go online now you will notice way to many "look alike or play alike"
servers that are empty.
Very few people are playing. Most have moved on and those that do still play
have there favorite sites/servers.
We need to find a way or come up with an idea that would attract those people to us.
But what can we do?
I think a unique server name is a start. But at the same time we have to offer
them a quality product....something that is different or better then what they have now.
Currently word of mouth and server names are the only thing we have.
What can we do?

Actually im not sure if this is where u were going (probably not) but for idm or idmlms or whatever i found two things that could be cool and i have never seen it before. But we can only use one due to the mutators

1. A zoom scope for the instagib its like a sniper but an insta sniper (get it?)
2. A shock combo for ur insta its like the shock rifle but with insta rays and balls. this could suck though becuase someone could spray the balls all over the place.(can u spray with a shock? lol) (does that sound wrong?)

Idk if that was where u were going?

OH and i still like

Good idea BiGOsS.
It's different and unique.
It's a piece of the puzzle and a step in the right direction.
But there is so much more that needs to be done.
A name and building a server is the easy part.
Now how do we go about attracting people to this server?
