HUTP Groups Legend - Explained...
Here is our HUTP Legend of Groups here - the Visible ones that you ALL can see.
Some of these you for sure ALL belong to and some of these only some of you belong to.
You MAY belong to more than one group but the Group that your Name is colored with is your Default or MAIN Group that you belong to.
IF you see a Group that you WISH to belong to, just Let us Know.
We will Most Likely be able to accommodate you.
I will Post a List of Some of the Key Groups and the Members of Each soon!
Legend :: Administrators, CMM Gamers, Global moderators, Guests, Registered users, UT Game Server Admins, UT Mappers!
Group Names Explained...
1) Administrators - Admins of THIS Site (HUTP)
2) CMM Gamers - Special Group of Members that are Notified of Scheduled Online Games (Usually on CMM)
3) Global moderators - Members (Staff) given Moderator Permissions and access to the Moderator Control Panel.
4) Guests - People Viewing HUTP but are Not Registered Users (Members) they can Only View some things here.
Guests may also be Registered Users (Members) who are Viewing the forums but are NOT Logged In.
5) Registered users - ALL Members of HUTP belong to this group! (And possibly other groups as well)
6) UT Game Server Admins - These are Members here that OWN and/or RUN UT99 Servers.
7) UT Mappers! - Members that are Also UT99 Mappers or a.k.a. UT99 Level Editors. (same thing)
There are also Groups that are not visible normally.
These consist of...
Bots - Search Engines such as Google or ASK have these - a.k.a. Spiders or Web Crawlers.
Inactive - Members who are not activated yet or have been deactivated for some reason.
HUTP NewsLetter - Members (virtually ALL belong) that Recieve Our HUTP NewsLetter when it is sent out.
