Ahoy an grog all round me hearties! long time ! just dropping in and that I 've have enough
of UT3 till they REALLY getit fixed , I deleted it off last night as it crashed yet again!!
So to UT3 and Midway I say :die:

, I'm going to concentrate on 2k4 and
UT :sign99:

and maybe some Nexuiz and thats all!! YARRRRRRGH! :peace:

For sure!!I wanted to like it, bit it's just a :lame:

game lol! It jsut seems that Epic and Midway haven't even paid attention to
what the diehard fans of UT have been saying about what they what the want in the game and future versions
and they just keep screwing it up !!, they should be :ashamed:

Indeed, they spice up the graphics, but it has become way to scifi like with the vehicles and it makes gaming alot more serious then fun. I haven't played ut3 too much either, but ut2k4 and ut 4 evah

They should just re-introduce UT99 every few years or so!
That way, people would think it is a New game every time they put it out on the market.
And - people would see just how good it is - year after year - after year!

The coolest part about this idea is that people continue to make better graphics renders for ut99, so when new ppl do play, it doesnt even look like a 10 year old game in fact...
ut99 with renders updated all the way look better than some games that are coming out brand new now......

CLose, but not officially , the game was released in Nov. 30th, 99 according to the wiki site. So don't put on the party hats just yet :lol:

But yea , we should do some planning for it's birthday on the 30th ! gotta do it up right !

I have some plans on the back burner right now!
ONE of them is to get our OLD SKOOL "SRA" server up for the occasion! (see other posts with Hermskii about this server)
Maybe a UT 10th Anniversary map?!?!

I was first thinking of incorporating many of the stock UT99 maps into a large anniversary map but that MAY be quite difficult.
But, I'll have to give it some testing to see if it can be done.

Chef, when IS the anniversary of UT99?
I have it somewhere on my comp, but I am too lazy at the moment to go look it up in my computer folders! :roll:

I regret that I will be gone this coming weekend - out on the boat.

I am going to have to try to play next week during the week is all there is to it.
Because, I may be gone the following weekend also - on the boat again.

I have been looking forward again to playing on CMM as we did last weekend, but plans have been made and I must go. :shock:
