Should we Simplify HUTP to be Mostly UT99?

I am thinking of redoing the forum a bit.
I would like to Simplify it somewhat by condensing the Newer versions of UT's forums down into one each.
This would reduce the amount of forums here.
We would be Mostly UT99 orientated, along with many of the mods for and of UT99.
Our forums and site are pretty much that way already.
I figure that we can always expand the Newer version forums if that traffic ever picks up.

Yeah, I've been wondering about the (no posts) in almost all of the older ut game sections. UT3 had quite a lot, but that was just excitedness about it's release. I say we should simplifiy it, I know alot of you guys (including me) play UT2004, but 1 forum section for it wouldn't be too bad

... What benefits would come with it? faster loading of the forums lol?

I could get by with just one UT2004 thread.

UT3 doesn't look too great anyway, probably won't get it...

you could just lump all the other UT games under one section or it could

Well I hope so, me and my housemate are holding an instagib team tournament against Bot teams again this year. The last tournament was awesome! My team came third behind that damn Xan Kriegor's team and the Skaarj taam :evil:

My housemate came mid-table (prem league) so no relegations for either of us lol.

We did some of the house cleaning here now.

OK Paradox, what did you have in mind?

Also, do you have trouble loading this forum?

the main page takes a little while

but no offence but it seems on certin pages seems a little crowded

the colour scheme is great tho

Well, I probably won't do much around here for now, as there is no point.
You see - Sometime in the upcoming months this forum will be updated to phpBB3.
We currently are on phpBB2.
When that update happens, much will change around here.
At that point I will simplify or streamline the place a bit.
No sense doing the work now and then redoing it after the update is there!
