ok here you go
1. input your router's ip into your internet browsers search bar you should then be taken to a login screen, enter your user name and password
2. im not sure how your router may be set up but for mine i have to click on a ADVANCED tab then a side menu pops up and i have to click on port forwarding, no matter how its set up, try to find the port forwarding section of your router config.
3. input the name of the ports you want to forward(doesnt matter i have mine as ut doesnt really matter though) then it will ask you for the ip, ITS ASKING FOR YOUR INTERNAL IP! to find your internal ip go to start-->run-->command you should get the dos box, then type in ipconfig:
you should get a bunch of lines look for this one:
Ethernet Adapter Local area connection
Connection-specific Dns suffix
Ip address......:192.***.*.***
this is your internal ip
enter it where it asks for your ip.
then it will ask which port you would like to start at, start at the port you have opened for your server install so if you chose 7787 for your server instal you would enter 7787 in the box where it says START, now for ut you have to open the next 10 ports after it too, so where it says end you would then put in 7797. If it asks for traffic just check any and schedule should be always.
4. there your ports should be opened! make sure you save it! there is a button to save your configurations!
test your server out now and tell me if you can find it on the ut tab! _________________ {xCBx}BiGbOsS

lol
first time i did this nobody in my family knew the user name and password
my little brother, big brother, big sister, and mom all helped set it up and not one of them thought of writing it down lol
it took me about three hours to figure out
it would of helped to know that the login name for all routers like mine was admin lol _________________ {xCBx}BiGbOsS

Did you actually "set" a password? _________________ {xCBx}Hook (Site Administrator)
