i am wondering if anybody had any good knowledge on terrain building for me? i found a tutorial on it, from a website that i have used for almost EVERYTHING i needed but it is too confusing to me Mad .

Yep, you need to know how to vertex edit, just click the red brush builder. Then while holding down the alt button, click on a little point of the brush and you should be able to move it around. This causes some major bsp issues though Confused

ahhh thanks shadow i did it! on the website i was on just basically said...."to make terrain you have to do vertex editing on the brush"
and i was like WTF!?!? what does that mean. so you were ALOT of help! THANKS

Oh btw X! Be careful of HOM's using custom terrain! If you exceed the maximum threshold of the brushes complexity with vertex editing it will result in a bad HOM that won't be fun to fix Sad . Just be sure to not "stretch" the brush too much. Wink
