I played both {CKD} and {CMM} last night on my Daughter's computer in another town at her house.
BOTH of them played very well over at her house!

As far as my own playability on my home comp, I gotta look at my UT.ini file.
Remember I had a bit of chop when I played last Thursday night because of MY server, {CMM} going on my same comp I play UT on.
However, when I turned off my server and played it STILL had SOME lag but not as much.
Then, it hit me.
I remember setting MY Player MaxClientRate very low so I could play my server {CMM} using the same machine that {CMM} is running on.
I STILL have to look at the ini file but I bet that it is STILL set low and that may be causing the lag.
Everyone else that plays {CKD} says it plays very very smooth!
So, it must be MY settings on MY player UT.ini file!!!

I'll let you all know IF that was it when I can get to it!

Hope it works out a little better for you Hook, I have plenty of backup ut.ini's so you can always compare.

I am pretty sure it is my settings!
When you run a server from home like I do and you want to play your own server, it is best to save your server showing in your LAN tab as a favorite.
But then you need to scale back your MaxClientRate in your player's UT install so that it doesn't overwhelm the game.
I set mine way back to I think about 2600 so the game wouldn't "trip" over itself.
It works fairly well.
Most of the time though, I restart my server as a player in the game when I want to play!
That works the very best!

Anyway - I gotta go check on that when I get time tonight to make sure that I set it back to normal when playing other online servers like {CKD}!

I will be on after work playing some matches hopefully attracting players, I will change my alias to something other than killakeller, I will go by Jason so people don't start leaving lol just for today. I will also add Phoenix to the server and will talk to you guys lata!
