Hello, hello...I found this site by way of Hook informing me of it. Ok, so flame away as I have never played Unreal Tournament, but at Hook's urging, I am checking it out; but I do have a a question:
If I were to get this game, on what platform are the majority of players here using, PS3, XBox or PC?
I will ask my questions in baby-steps as to not make the members' heads explode. LOL
About me:
I am 43 years old, happily married, and starting gaming with that monster console known as PONG in the 1970's, and have been gaming ever since. I am a Commercial Graphic Designer by trade, and spend more than my fair share of time escaping into the realm of make-believe with the many games that I do currently play.
I have absolutely NO time for drama or any other self-created BS when I am playing a game or visiting a site. I am not a fan of the proverbial "Fanboy"...enjoying or preferring a game or platform is great, but when one gets into flaming and acting like a jerk towards others due to their preferences, I am quickly turned off.
I have a great sense of humor (warped/sharp), and I do not adhere to the Politically Correct standards. If anyone is "offended" by anything I say, please take a step back and know it is not intended, as if I were trying to offend, there would be no doubt...but that is not how I usually am.
So, if you enjoy gaming, have a good sense of humor, aren't into drama and are not too thin-skinned, we will get along just great!!
NOTE: If I do not get along with folks, I simply ignore them rather than engage in a flame war or create drama.

Hey mate glad to see another another member here
and dont worry about us we all have get along here (excluding Hellsniper he just blows)
as for your platform question
i play PC ps2 xbox Nintendo DS, im looking to upgrade my computer and get a ps3

Presently I am doing both the Graphic Design and Pre-press Operations where I work (offset printing, film & DTP). Pre-press drives me crazy, but I have been doing that almost as long as I have been involved with the Design end, and it pays the bills...

Anyway all, I will check into UT more fully this weekend, and I am still trying to decide if I should go with the PC or PS3 version.

Thoughts. Suggestions?Go with PC - I do not know if the PS3 version can play with PC players online or not. Most people say the PC version is the best. Oh - FYI - Paradox is referring to a Bot on my server { CMM} that goes by the name of " Hook's Wife" She IS mean too - really mean and I don't know why! I tweaked the bots myself but I don't remember this one being any worse than the rest of the bots!  Seems to me also that she goes after ME the most!
