I can select it, but no dialog appears as it should.

Answer that and all above - I'll be looking at UnrealEd later tonight.
If nothing else, we may be able to transfer our files to you to fix it.
It sounds like some glitch or a setting has gone wrong.

Or - re-install it all! :roll:

I was just working on my map, re-built it, saved it and went to work for the night. Fired it up the next morning and all I could see was white. So no, I really don't know what went wrong.

I lost all hope, then I opened the Editor today.... and it's working again! Very strange, but I'm happy that I can finish my first BETA map. Give it 2 days and I'll have it in the map section as I have to work some over time in the next few days. :)

Ok ive had that issue when it wouldnt even show the windows

hit either

ALT Cntrl or Shift then it should pop up

Well, I am sure glad to hear that BOTH of you are back in the game! :wink:
We mappers need to stay in touch and keep honing our craft!
Share our troubles and triumphs! :P

I just have never had any of these troubles. :?
I did have one weird experience with a map but I honestly think it was a spirit in our last house that did it.
A map I was working on did some very strange things!
Doorways walled up right before my eyes - some walls crumbled down, and other weird things.
I immediately trash-canned that map!
Scarred the living s--t out of me! :oops: :shock:
