Hello; I am trying to upload an avatar and I am not able to do so. It is a jpeg and under the limit u require. Send help. I have added it to this post as well.

Was too big – 200 x 200 pixels.
I reduced it to 140 x 140 pixels. (max is 180 x 180 I believe but that is huge)
Also changed the extension to jpg instead of jpeg.
Sometimes jpeg doesn't work. ???
