Hey new guy here if u guys read my other post then u know that im think about starting a server if u dont read (like me Cool

) then im starting a server lol here it is my first column in mapvote is reg dm, my second is idm and my third is mh what should my fourth be? i tried bt but its getting to complicated for my liking btw my server is running the asc control client menu ill post the ip but i currently dont have a redirect so it downloads slow.
SEVER NAME = BoSs's House of HELL! (name change? any suggestions?)
IP = 71.146.26.239:7777
May be up and down im still working with it tell me if ip is wrong
If u dont have a mapvote key or do not know how u can do one of two things:
1. u can SAY !vote (dont type in console lol doesnt work) NOTE this only works if the server has asc mine does Smile

2. you can go into ur console and type in: set input key MUTATE BDBMAPVOTE VOTEMENU
NOTE key= any key u want for example i have it set up like this: set input g MUTATE BDBMAPVOTE VOTEMENU
so then when ever u hit "g" or any "key" u have binded to it, the mapvote screen pops up

I think the 4th column should be TDM (team death match) Wink

PS: How big is that file that needs redirecting???

hmmm didnt even think of tdm lol umm ive looked over how to run a server ive looked over seeveral tutorials including herms the only thing i dont really get is redirecting i dont understand what exactly it is and what files need to be redirected i do know it lets people receive files much faster though, other wise tdm is a great idea! any body gonna challenge it? What is on ur server hook? dm i suppose? i like that Frankenstein castle map you made!

Sounds like its gonna be TDM then? hmm im gonna give it a few more days ill let the server run till say saturday and then make some changes.

btw hook about the redirecting i was wondering how many files or how big a file is too much like could i send u my whole ut folder or can i only send u a texture?

hmm i will look into it maybe ll just send you my maps that didnt come with ut? if thats alright with you the textures and music seem to be fine i will look into herms manual again. Just to make sure is this all alright with u?
